Service/Maintenance

POSTON SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC agrees to service and inspect at least every four months for system health and compliance with effluent standards and required tests. POSTON SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC shall be authorized to operate, maintain and repair the system as needed. The inspection shall include routine servicing and inspecting of the mechanical, electrical and all applicable component parts to insure proper operation. Any component not found to be functioning correctly shall be repaired or replaced. The cost of repair or replacement shall be as provided by the component manufacture warranty or be paid by the system owner.

POSTON SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC will strive to respond to emergency service requests within 24 hours or less. POSTON SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC personnel are licensed and registered with the state of Texas to provide service to the system.

Owner is responsible for maintaining the chlorine supply in the disinfection device unless monthly service is obtained whereby POSTON SEPTIC SOLUTIONS, LLC will maintain the chlorine supply in addition to the standard maintenance.

Owner/user operation instructions must be strictly followed or warranties are subject to invalidation. The pumping of sludge build-up from the plant, if necessary, is not included in this agreement.
